Zinsser WaterTite Mold & Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint is a two-coat system designed to create a protective barrier for basements and other above/below grade areas. Fast-drying formula offers superior strength to prevent water seepage and can be applied to wet or dry surfaces with non-yellowing durability. The first coat application primes and seals the surface, then the second (topcoat) completes the sealing process to ensure protection against water intrusion and mildew growth on the paint film.
