Excellent aging characteristics. Easy to apply. Remains flexible. Good impact characteristics. Waterproof, general purpose mastic. Exceeds HUD-FHA and APA requirements under specifications AFG-01 and FHA bulletin UM-60 and ASTM C 557. Covers approximately 275-325 sq. ft of plywood floor installations per gallon of adhesive.
