These precise bits work for any door 5/8 to 1-1/4 in thick. Unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tearout. Adjustable shims enable a tight fit when using plywood and also allow use with thick panels from 7/32 to 1/4 in thick. High-density carbide composition and Perma-Shield coating lengthen bit life and protect against heat and pitch build-up.
