The SmartStraps RatchetX ratchet tie-down is a commercial duty tie-down used to secure the heaviest loads often hauled on a large trailer or flatbed such as large equipment, larger tractors and vehicles. It has a robust, flared out aluminum handle with a comfortable over-molded, padded Power Grip and release pawl for extra grip and has extra durable stamped steel rails for maximum leverage. It also has high-capacity, high-visibility commercial duty webbing that is extra long for securing oversized, tall cargo. Includes a securing strap to make it easy-to-tie off excess webbing or to keep your straps bundled after use. Also includes protective hex caps to help keep ratchet mechanism clean. The strap features precision gearing thanks to more teeth along the sprocket of the ratchet, allowing the tension to stay under control when securing loads. Included Zerust material acts as a rust inhibitor to improve the longevity of the ratchet. Available in a variety of hook styles, with black handles or with ultra-long webbing.
