The Fire-Rated Energy Efficient AL3040MG-R10FT features a sturdy, yet lightweight design with pre-drilled holes for easier installation.The Fire-Rated door is flame-retardant for up to 30 min compliant with ASTM E84. Achieve great energy efficiency with the R10 insulated door and factory installed weather stripping. It features an easy to open door with gas piston system, adjustable shoes, slip-resistant steps and an aluminum handrail for a comfortable transition.
