We are seeking qualified candidates with a background and/or strong interest in home improvement, customer service and operations for the position of E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist. In this Customer Service and After Sales role, you will be a primary contact by phone or email for customer inquiries about our online orders and returns, as well as products and services
Essential Duties:
· Assist and provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding our online orders and returns, as well as products and services
· Maintain our company's high standard of excellent customer service
· Monitor orders and returns and liaise with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
· Manage online refunds and ensure these are done daily
· Process customer orders according to policy
· Coordinate shipping and logistics with the distribution center
· Process RMA’s and return shipments
· Create purchase orders and post receivers
· Post tracking information in customer orders
Qualifications & Eligibility:
· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service. Strong E-Commerce or Operational background
· Second language a plus (Spanish)
· Must be a detail and sales-oriented person

· Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
· Proactive personality and self-motivator
· Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
· Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
M-F schedule, however occasional need to work on Saturdays.
