NOTE: SHELL LUMBER AND HARDWARE DOES NOT SHIP FEDEX ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. PROCESSING ORDERS TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPMENT. SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DELIVERY BY SHELL TRUCK.

Shell Lumber and Hardware Co. offers multiple choices of shipping. Different choices will be available to you based on your selection and location. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You may estimate shipping and see the different options for each product by clicking on "estimate shipping" or by entering in your zip code when you view your shopping cart. You may select your final choice of shipping during our One Page Checkout process. 

Order Cancellations/Changes

Orders may not be cancelled or changed after 2 Business Hours. If your order status shows "Approved" that means that it already in process and cannot be cancelled. You may call or email your cancellation request.

Failure to provide an accurate shipping address may incur a $20 address correction fee. Please review your order confirmation email for accuracy and notify us immediately of any errors.

Small Package Shipping

For home delivery, we ship Fedex, UPS, or USPS. The fees are based on your location and the order weight and/or dimensions. These are the actual carrier rates. You will see the final options during check out. If no home delivery options show, then the item cannot be shipped as a small package. Contact us with any questions.

Local Delivery Options

If you are in South Florida and within our delivery area, you will see more options.

1) Free Store Pickup - If the item you are ordering is in stock or available for ship to store, you will be given this option.

2) Delivery Via Shell Truck - Delivery of ANY Size order in Miami-Dade is one flat rate charge of $45. 

Shipping Times

Orders for home delivery ship within 1-2 business days. Arrival will depend on your choice of shipping (ground, 2nd day air, etc.). You will receive tracking information after your order ships to view status and arrival time.

Orders for Delivery Via Shell truck are scheduled the day you place your order. You will receive an email with a delivery date after your order has been processed. YOUR DRIVER WILL CALL THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED ABOUT 1 HOUR PRIOR TO DELIVERY. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY, THE DELIVERY FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT DELIVERY AND A NEW DELIVERY IS REQUESTED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE.

Orders for Free Store Pickup are usually available for pickup the same day UNLESS your item is a ship to store item. You will receive an email notice when your order is ready for pickup.
