    • Southern Pine lumber has been popular since Colonial times and consists of four main species: longleaf, loblolly, shortleaf and slash; design values for Southern Pine are comparable to other softwood species used in residential and commercial construction
    • Select grade is almost completely clear of defects
    • Kiln dried - moisture content of 19% or less
    • This product has tongue and groove edges. The term "Nickel Joint" or Nickel Gap" comes from the old craftsmen using actual nickels to space the wood - the width of a nickel
