Q) Why does Shop for Delivery and Shop for Pick Up offer different items?
A) Our delivery warehouses are various and across many states so we can offer a much larger selection. When you Shop Store Pick Up, you are actually shopping in our original store that has the largest selection of Lumber, Moulding, and thousands of other items that are not available for shipment.
Q) Why doesn't Shell offer free shipping on many items?
A) We believe in offering the lowest prices possible. This means we don't inflate an items price to include what some other companies call "free shipping". This means that the higher the quantity you purchase, the more you save. We do not make money on our shipping costs, nor do we inflate the price of an item to offer "free shipping."
Q) When will I receive my order?
A) If you chose Free Store Pickup, and you purchased items available as "Store Pickup Today" you should receive a notice that your order is ready the same day. Larger orders may take up to 1-2 days to prepare. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
A) "Ship to Store" items arrive on Wednesdays and Fridays. Order by Monday for Wednesday delivery, Order by Wednesday for Friday delivery. If you are having your items delivered via Shell Truck, your order will be scheduled for delivery the day after it arrives in-store.
A) For "Home Delivery", these orders usually ship in 1-2 business days via Fedex ground. We will ship from our distribution center nearest you so delivery time should rarely exceed 5 business days.
NOTE: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
